MPS-EC

This exhaust fan is suitable for extracting grease-impregnated exhaust air from kitchens. The housing is made of galvanised sheet steel and lined with 40 mm mineral wool, non-flammable according to DIN EN 13501-1, building material class A1. The mounted mounting rails are equipped with rubber vibration dampers and can also be moved on the casing, allowing for three discharge directions. The air duct connections have standard dimensions and double lip seals for air-tight connections. A grease collection tray is integrated in the casing, which can only be used when installed with an upward outflow. The drain connection is located below the base of the unit. The fan section that swings outwards is also used as an access door for cleaning and maintenance work and can be locked in the open position.

The backward curved strong impeller is mounted on the shaft of an energy-saving EC motor. The impeller is dynamically balanced according to quality class G 6.3 of DIN / ISO 1940, on 2 planes. The integrated EC controller allows the speed of the motor to be infinitely adjusted by means of a 0-10 V signal. The motor is located outside the air flow and is therefore optimally protected against contamination. Motor protection is provided by an integrated thermal monitoring of the motor electronics.
